Erik Linduska, who lives in Bethel, Alaska, a city of 6,000 on a Kuskokwim River, travels among a state’s little coastal villages, drilling, stuffing and cleaning a teeth of a children who live there.

Linduska is not a dentist. He’s approved by a state of Alaska as a dental health therapist and ventures to villages so farming no dentist has ever set adult shop.
