CDI College Dental Students Take Part in Open Wide Community Clinic Day

BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – Sep 20, 2012) – CDI College, in coordination with a UBC Faculty of Dentistry and a Salvation Army, hosted Open Wide Community Clinic Day on Sep 15, 2012.

Dental Assisting students and expertise volunteers from CDI College”s Burnaby campus worked alongside dentists from UBC to yield a day of giveaway verbal medical for clients of a Salvation Army. The day was filled with back-to-back appointments including both particular clients and families with immature children.

Students gained hands-on knowledge with simple pain service procedures, physic dentistry, X-rays, and ubiquitous dental hygiene. They were means to interact
