HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) – A mobile dentistry section is earnest to put “Healthy Smiles in Motion” for hundreds of Washington County children.

Sen. Ben Cardin is attending a kickoff Monday of a module during a Walnut Street Community Health Center.
