He had designed to attend a three- or five-year module during Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine on a full grant by a Libyan North-American Scholarship Program, that finances preparation for Libyan students during horde universities in Canada and a United States. It was ostensible to compensate for his fee and yield an $1,800 monthly stipend for rent, health insurance, and other vital expenses.
