Health dialect gets assistance to forestall obesity, smoking

DIXON – Cathy Ferguson, who heads a Lee County Health Department, doesn’t like to see relatives smoking while their children are in a car.

Neither does Kalin Werner, who recently started as a open health associate reserved to a department.
