Forsyth male indicted for practicing dentistry but a license

The Forsyth County Grand Jury final week indicted a male for practicing dentistry but a license.

Marvin Efren Sandoval, 38, was arrested Jan. 31 during a Dawsonville Highway home that was versed like a dentist’s office. He had patients watchful for services during a time of arrest.

The complaint filed Monday charges him with “knowingly and willfully practic[ing] dentistry but receiving a permit … from a Georgia Board of Dentistry.”

Foreign dentist indicted of providing caring but licenses

Police arrested an Ecuadoran male Thursday whom they contend operated an unlawful dental bureau out of his Lowell home. The male targeted his use toward bootleg immigrants, they say.

Galo Alejandro Mendoza, 54, of 512 Stowe Drive faces 4 charges associated to an purported bootleg use of dentistry since he does not possess a current permit from a N.C. Board of Dental Examiners.
