Henry J. Sazima, a late Navy dental corps verbal and maxillofacial surgeon who after became a executive executive of a Academy of Dentistry International in Washington, died Jul 12 during Arleigh Burke Pavilion, an assisted-living trickery in McLean. He was 85.
