Oral argument: Jail invalid final dental floss

Joel Flores, a Palm Beach County inmate, has a large beef to settle with a sheriff’s office: He’s not removing his dental floss.

So a 22-year-old dental hygiene junkie, in jail on a spoliation charge, has filed fit opposite Sheriff Ric Bradshaw in sovereign court.

The miss of dental floss, Flores claims in his suit, is causing him ”oral abscesses, pain, discomfort, tooth spoil (loss), and could minister to endocarditis.”

Endocarditis, according to Flores’ complaint, can lead to infection and death.

Palm Beach County Jail Administration does not yield dental floss to inmates by skill or a commissary, creation it totally impossible
